Training Contract Administration

Contract administration involves the drafting, reviewing and revising of contracts, as well as negotiating contractual elements and implementing systems designed to ensure effective contractual relationships, methods of tracking and recordkeeping during the contractual process.

This practical introductory course covers the critical duties performed by those involved in the contract administration process. It provides some understanding of fundamental clauses, what makes a contract tick, and will provide delegates with knowledge around some of the key elements of hands on contract management such as handling disputes, negotiating acceptable outcomes and performance management.
