OVERVIEW GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGEMENT UNTUK RUMAH SAKIT

Divisi General Affair/Bagian Umum merupakan tangan kanan operasional dari Departemen HRD, karena beberapa pekerjaannya sangat membantu kelancaran operasional dan merupakan tugas-tugas pelayanan di bidang SDM, tetapi kadang divisi ini juga sudah berdiri sendiri.

Bahkan di beberapa Rumah Sakit, GA juga menangani permasalahan Hubungan Industrial (Industrial Relation) baik untuk menyelesaikan masalah internal (kekaryawanan) maupun masalah dengan lingkungan sekitar lokasi Rumah Sakit.

Sesuai namanya, divisi General Affair (GA) atau Divisi Umum merupakan supporting unit yang bertujuan memberikan pelayanan-pelayanan kepada unit-unit kerja lain. Bahkan pada umumnya, GA melayani seluruh unit kerja di Rumah Sakit (bersifat shared service) dalam hal administrasi dan pengelolaan pelayanan rutin rumah sakit.

Bertolak dari kebutuhan tersebut, maka kami menawarkan suatu program pengembangan bagian umum GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT selama 2 (dua) hari, yang selain diperuntukkan bagi pelaksana/staff bagian umum, juga untuk level supervisor maupun manager. Selain itu, juga penting bagi pengelola SDM (Orang-orang HRD), juga bagi para Supervisor atau Manager Teknis di luar Bagian Umum, yang ingin mengetahui lebih jauh seluk beluk General Affairs.

DESCRIPTION

Motor Current Signature Analysis (MSA) is a diagnostic and technique that is used to analyze motors. As a preventative maintenance tool, MCSA can be used to perform a one-time test or periodic testing to track and trend motor performance. MCSA allows for remote, non-intrusive testing of the equipment being monitored.

Introduction

The need for organisation to improve risk management is driven by internal and external stakeholders, board of directors, investor and in some cases even governments. With the proper implementation of effective risk policies that are designed to continuously manage an organisation’s risk-and-return profile and capital, it increases the chances of long term success of the business.

Instead of relying on a single risk methodology, organisation should take a comprehensive approach, integrating strands such as credit, market, operational, liquidity and reputational risks.

Asset management merupakan sebuah langkah manajerial yang harus dilakukan seorang manajer keuangan saat ini, didalam merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi kinerja aset perusahaan dalam upaya peningkatan nilai yang berujung pada kesejahteraan pemegang saham (shareholders wealth).
